Passu Peak is located on western side of Batura Muztagh in Gojal Hunza, it is 100 km away from China border and 150 km from Gilgit on KKH so it is visible and offers spectacular vistas of the mountain. It is guarded by, Balter peak 7400m, Shisper 7619m, Kampir Deyor peak 7611m and Batura-I 7885m. It lies between Batura glacier, the 6th longest glacier of the world, Passu glacier, Ghulkin glacier, and the Kamaris glacier.
It is very challenging to climb Passu peak because of icy layers, soft snow layers and ice dome.
It can be easily approached if you are coming to Hunza via KKH.
